Shaping the minds
Students meditate daily for 15 minutes in their tuition centers. In some villages we conduct the tuition classes in the road due to lack of proper place. Inspite of all such difficulties students come with enthu to learn. This photo is one such example of student's enthusiasm. Daily meditation gives the mind some strength and silence.

Medical camp at arasoor village
Arasoor is a remote village located in the minjur taluk of tiruvallur district, tamilnadu. We conducted a one day medical camp on 27/08/2006 with the help of Empathy foundation. Around 130 students in the age group 0-16 got benefitted. Free medicines were distributed. Normally students in villages suffer from worm infections which leads to poor memory, school absentism, abdominal pains, cough, irritability and poor physical/mental development. Antihelminthic drugs such as Albendazole are potential worm killers. Thus, these medical camps plays a very significant role in preventing drop-outs and creating a healthy road for a healthy life.

So within 2-3 years all the students will be computer literate in AN Kuppam. We have set up 2 computers in that village. We are indebted to the donors and the volunteers of AN Kuppam for their cooperation. Let it continue...
